We guarantee that you and your gift recipient will be completely satisfied with your Blue Bow Gourmet® order or we will make it right, whether you purchase from Amazon or directly from us. How long should I expect to wait for a reply to a customer support email?
Our customer service team is answering emails 7 days a week between the hours of 8 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time, so you should receive a reply within a couple hours of your inquiry.
Do you offer volume discounts for business and bulk orders?
We offer volume discounts. Please contact our Corporate Gifts team for quotes. We will also offer Business Pricing on Amazon based on the number of units of same item ordered on selected gifts. Please email sales@bluebowgourmet.com for more information on corporate gifts.
Do you make your own gift baskets and collections?
We pack our gourmet gift collections and assortments in our certified food safe facility in California. We design and produce our gifts in small batches for always-fresh deliveries. Our artistic talented gift packing staff ensures our gifts are as visually pleasing as they are delicious. Our gifts are packaged to protect for shipping for best quality arrival to your gift recipient.
How do you select your gourmet foods to put in your gift baskets?
We source foods for our gift collections from respected gourmet brands that use quality ingredients and share our high values in producing top quality foods. All of our food vendors have must have food safety certifications, and tractability practices, including producers of gourmet nuts, sun dried fruits, premium candies, artisan chocolates and a variety of gourmet sweet and savory treats.

We only ship orders to locations within USA at this time.
